Inventory Transactions

Inventory Adjustment – [JDE Ref: P4114]. This transaction increases or decreases inventory. An Inventory Adjustment record is recorded and the Item Ledger (Cardex) is updated in JD Edwards.
Inventory Cycle Count – [JDE Ref: P41240]. This transaction allows for inventory to be counted for a specified cycle count, item number and location within a warehouse. Cycle Counts are updated with the information entered upon completion of the transaction.
Inventory Issue – [JDE Ref: P4112]. This transaction issues inventory from a warehouse. An Inventory Issue record is recorded and the Item Ledger (Cardex) is updated in JD Edwards.
Inventory Reclassification – [JDE Ref: P4116]. This transaction performs a reclassification of inventory within the same warehouse. Two Inventory Transfer records are recorded and the Item Ledger (Cardex) is updated in JD Edwards.
Inventory Transfer – [JDE Ref: P4113]. This transaction transfers inventory from a warehouse to another warehouse or from one location to another location within a warehouse. An Inventory Transfer record is recorded and the Item Ledger (Cardex) is updated in JD Edwards.
Inventory Enquiry by Item – [JDE Ref: P41021]. This transaction displays inventory locations by item with the current quantity on hand. If it is a lot item, the inquiry displays lot numbers. If Avail is checked, the quantities will adjust to show all quantity on hand with the exception of those items that are soft or hard committed.
Inventory Enquiry by Location – [JDE Ref: P4100]. This transaction displays inventory items by location with the current quantity on hand. If it is a lot item, the inquiry displays lot numbers, as well
