Autotrail Drive Stock Control to New Levels of Accuracy

Autotrail have selected an RFgen solution from N2 Limited to automate their stock control and manufacturing processes at their state of the art factory in Grimsby.

N2 have worked with Autotrail to co-develop data collection transactions to automate the receiving, issuing, and picking of stock items for the production lines. In particular, the very flexible development framework of RFgen has allowed Autotrail to develop very bespoke and specific picking transactions which perfectly match their process requirements. No other software that Autotrail evaluated would allow them this flexibility.

The data collection solution from N2 integrates seamlessly with Infor’s Visual Manufacturing software and has significantly reduced the amount of manual keying originally required and the levels of data and stock accuracy have also increased.
